Paddington Area Transport Study
Client: Westminster City Council/TfL
A strategic assessment of the impacts of development around Paddington station on the rail and bus networks and infrastructure to help guide planning negotiations by the Council and TfL.
PATS was first developed in 1997 and has subsequently been updated and refined a further three times to reflect changing development and transport parameters.
The studies have assessed planning contributions attributable to different developments and established priorities for the use of development funds raised by PATS.
