Olympia utilises a car park owned by London & Continental Railways as its principal
facility for holding service vehicles during the build-
LCR proposed to redevelop the site for residential uses which would have severely compromised the ability of Olympia to continue to operate.
iCube was tasked with developing a case for challenging the planning application on traffic grounds and appeared in the subsequent public inquiry. The proposals were rejected on a number of grounds including their impact on Olympia.
