Olympia utilises a car park owned by London & Continental Railways as its principal facility for holding service vehicles during the build-up and breakdown of exhibitions.

LCR proposed to redevelop the site for residential uses which would have severely compromised the ability of Olympia to continue to operate.

iCube was tasked with developing a case for challenging the planning application on traffic grounds and appeared in the subsequent public inquiry.  The proposals were rejected on a number of grounds including their impact on Olympia.
