Chiswick Park is one of the premier office locations in west London. The Richard Rogers designed scheme consists of thirteen buildings offering over 1.5m sq ft of space around a landscaped lake.

The practice has provided transport planning services to the development since its formation including :

• preparation of the transport assessment for the site's expansion;
• formulation of the transport strategy and the identification of improvements to be funded by the development;
• development of station improvement options; and
• consultation with stakeholders and local residents on scheme options.
